1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and god55my ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of all services, content, features and functionality available through the god55my website and any associated mobile applications.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any god55my Services. This requirement reflects the minimum age threshold applied by international operators serving the Malaysian market for casino-style and sports-wagering activities. god55my reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21-year minimum cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Single Account Rule

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a god55my Account:

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false details, including a date of birth, name or address that does not match your identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Credential Responsibility

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share login credentials with any third party. god55my will never request your password by email, live chat or telephone. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a security breach promptly in accordance with Clause 4.3.

4.3 Reporting Security Incidents

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact god55my support immediately through the secure account channel. god55my accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the user has not reported the incident within a reasonable time.

4.4 KYC Verification

god55my may require identity verification at any point. You must supply a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport, together with a utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months as proof of address, and a selfie holding the identity document where requested. KYC documents must be submitted only through the secure HTTPS verification portal. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours for complete and legible submissions.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Supported Methods

god55my accepts deposits in MYR through the methods displayed in the live cashier, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong, as well as certain digital-asset channels where available. Method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Own Funds Only

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party, is prohibited. god55my reserves the right to request payment ownership evidence before processing a withdrawal from a newly used funding source.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method, account status and current promotions. god55my encourages all users to set voluntary deposit limits through the responsible-gambling tools available in the Account settings.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility Conditions

A withdrawal request may only be submitted when the Account is fully KYC-verified, all applicable wagering requirements have been met, no active fraud investigation is pending and the requested amount falls within the stated withdrawal limits for the chosen method.

6.2 Processing Times

god55my aims to process eligible withdrawal requests to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay within approximately 5–30 minutes, DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes, and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes under normal operating conditions. These are target ranges only and are not contractually guaranteed. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, bank maintenance windows or when additional verification is required.

6.3 Matching Requirement

Withdrawals must generally be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to operational availability. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, god55my support will advise on alternative arrangements.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are set out in the cashier. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced limits subject to individual review.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Promotion-Specific Terms

Each god55my promotional offer carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, time limit and maximum withdrawal value. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where relevant, take precedence over these general Terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

god55my monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging across multiple markets, systematic exploitation of specific games with low contribution to wagering requirements, or coordinated group play. Where abuse is identified, god55my reserves the right to void the associated bonus, cancel any derived winnings and close the Account.

7.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

A welcome bonus, where available, may only be claimed once per user, household, device, payment method and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through a secondary account constitutes breach of the single-account rule under Clause 3.3.

7.4 Real Money Priority

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, real-money balance is wagered before Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from them are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are completed.

8. Gameplay and Betting Rules

8.1 Game Results

The result of every game offered on the god55my platform is determined by certified Random Number Generator technology or, in the case of live-dealer games, by the physical outcome visible in the studio broadcast. god55my does not manipulate outcomes in favour of the platform.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake values are displayed within each game or market. You must not attempt to circumvent maximum stake restrictions through multiple concurrent accounts or coordinated play with other users.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or manifest pricing error, god55my reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Account balance. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous price or setting will not be honoured.

8.4 Sports Betting

Bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, basketball and all other sports markets are subject to the specific sport rules, settlement procedures and void conditions published in the relevant betting rules section. Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the authoritative body for each competition.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the god55my platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal or payment information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to access, navigate or interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, configuration errors or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to support.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to mask geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing support staff or other users.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 god55my's Right to Suspend

god55my may suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, if: a breach of these Terms is identified; the Account is the subject of a fraud or money-laundering investigation; a regulatory instruction requires closure; or the KYC process cannot be completed satisfactorily.

10.2 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support through the secure account channel. Self-exclusion requests will be treated as a responsible-gambling closure and are subject to the policy described in Clause 12. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned subject to completed verification.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be designated dormant. god55my will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related balance administration fee, where permitted under applicable terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, god55my, its directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity or goodwill; any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform; interruptions or delays caused by telecommunications failures, third-party payment providers, government actions or force-majeure events; or decisions made by a user based on information contained on this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Responsible Gambling

god55my is committed to promoting safe and sustainable entertainment. Users aged 21 and above are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods through the Account settings.
